HOSTEL RULES

• 1. Making a reservation at our hostel implies acceptance of the following regulations.
• 2. The hostel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to guests who do not comply with the regulations or have violated them in the past.
• 3. The reception with a common room, luggage storage, and bicycle garage are open from 7:00 to 10:00 and from 14:00 to 22:00. Outside of reception hours, the hostel building remains closed and is accessible only to staff and checked-in guests with an active key card.
• 4. Check-in is available from 15:00, and check-out must be completed by 10:30.
• 5. Self-check-in outside of reception hours is possible on the tablet, provided the reservation is paid, and the room is prepared for guests.
• 6. The hostel is not responsible for incorrect information provided during the reservation process.
• 7. The hostel is not liable for any misinterpretation or misunderstanding of room amenities or booking conditions, as all this information is openly available on booking platforms.
• 8. Upon check-in, a valid ID (identity card, passport, or driver’s license) must be presented. This also applies to minors. Refusal to show an ID or lack of valid documentation may result in a denial of check-in, with no refund for the reservation.
• 9. Guests are required to fill out and/or sign the registration form and pay the local tourist tax upon check-in.
• 10. Minors over the age of 16 can travel independently if they have written consent from a parent or guardian. Children under 16 are not allowed to travel alone.
• 11. The hostel reserves the right to deny accommodation to guests who are intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, aggressive, or have previously violated hostel regulations, with no refund for the reservation.
• 12. Late check-out (after 10:30) is possible only if pre-arranged and subject to a fee of 10EUR. There is no refund for unused days in the event of early departure.
• 13. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 6:00. Violating quiet hours may result in a fine or, in severe cases, termination of the stay without a refund.
• 14. The terrace closes at 22:00.
• 15. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hostel. Non-compliance will result in a 100 EUR fine. The hostel is equipped with a fire alarm system; any unjustified activation of the alarm will incur a fine and cover any potential costs related to the fire department’s intervention.
• 16. Pets are not allowed.
• 17. Guests must take care of the hostel’s property and are financially responsible for any damages.
• 18. The hostel is not liable for belongings left unattended.
• 19. All reservations must be paid in full, no later than on the day of check-in.
• 20. Cancellation policies are clearly stated on each platform at the time of booking and when making a reservation: non-refundable, standard (free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in), and early bird (free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in). Illness or other unforeseen circumstances do not alter these conditions.
• 21. The hostel is not responsible for issues caused by force majeure, such as power or water outages.
• 22. Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the rooms, and exceeding the room's capacity is prohibited.
• 23. Group bookings of over 14 people are subject to special payment and cancellation rules
• 24. Bringing dangerous items, illegal substances, or excessive amounts of alcohol into the hostel is forbidden.
• 25. The hostel has seven parking spaces available at 7 EUR per night, and advance booking is recommended
• 26. Breakfast is served buffet-style and included in the room price. Refunds for unused breakfast are not possible.
• 27. Breakfast is available from 7:00 to 10:00, and service outside these hours is not possible.
• 28. The breakfast room has a maximum capacity of 35 people at any given time, and the hostel staff is not responsible for the unavailability of seats.
• 29. The hostel bar is open until 21:30 and, in exceptional cases, until 22:00
• 30. Alcohol is not served to guests under 18 or to intoxicated individuals.
• 31. Organizing parties or gatherings that disturb other guests or interfere with reception operations is prohibited.
• 32. For any matters not covered by these regulations, guests must follow the instructions of the receptionist or manager.
